Updating the ui setup

We have done a lot of work to try and get the few portions of this plugin to at least start. so we will go over them  from top left to bottom right.

Config (Top Left) : This is to help modify the plugins internal framework. kinda like settings in any application you use.

Database (Top Middle): This is where your files will be able to be seen and viewed. Like any Pokemon game, you may wanna view some of the files you created. though limited to just abilities, we do plan to increase it as we go .

EVE help (Bottom Middle): This is basically a help guide. a step by step instruction manual to help you use the plugin

PBS (Right): This is where you create the main data files of the plugin. Pokemon, abilities, types, etc. everything and more for creating what we find in the PBS Files in Pokemon essentials

Now we aren't ready for a public test build, we have been doing some testing and bug testing trying to make sure the main and obvious problems are settled. So far its been coming together very well . Slow  but everything is coming along perfectly. the theme isn't final since we don't know how we feel about the yellow buttons yet...

Anyway we are working on the database now.
